A decade of digital craft

Over 10 years ago, before CreateTheWeb was even an idea, Otis Wilkinson and Luke Jeffrey (our directors) were YouTube influencers — working day in and day out to "make it" on the platform. This is where their hard-working traits were formed.

YouTube is an incredibly difficult platform to get noticed on, but both Otis and Luke were determined. They regularly live streamed to boost growth and exposure. In one of those streams, Otis accepted donations for charity — Luke donated one pound. After the stream, Luke reached out to Otis, and a bond was formed through their shared love of social media and YouTube.

After YouTube, Otis and Luke ran eCommerce stores, where they discovered their passion for digital marketing and advertising. While managing these stores, they dedicated countless hours to learning Meta advertising, Google SEO, email marketing, and various other marketing strategies. Their hard work paid off — the online stores became highly successful.

Around a year later, Luke joined CreateTheWeb as a director, and the partnership was formed. Luke brought fresh ideas and valuable skills to the table, which had an immediate impact on the company's growth and success.

It's now 2026 and we're still going strong. We work with a wide range of companies all around the world, helping them drive success with digital marketing. Our drive is built from a passion for anything digital — even after office hours, Otis and Luke spend their time reading and learning about new ways to drive success for themselves and their clients.

We've always been extremely conscious of our customer service, and all our clients praise us for it. We're human, and we recognise that you are too. Far too many companies are robotic and inauthentic — but not us. Our team has now grown and expanded, helping more and more businesses grow all over the world.
